At Renew, we believe we are called to be spiritual contributors, not spiritual consumers. Serving on a team is one of the best ways to use the gifts God has given you, make a difference in the ministry of Renew, and build meaningful connections with others. Our teams serve year-round, and there’s always room for you to jump in!

What does it mean to serve on a team?
Serving on a team is a way to use your gifts and abilities to help make Renew a place where people can learn more about Jesus, find community, and take their next step. Whether you’re serving up front or behind the scenes, every role makes a difference.
What if I don’t know what team I want to join?
That’s okay! Take a look through the different teams and think about what interests you or where you feel you could contribute. If you’re still unsure, reach out to us and we’d be happy to help you find a good fit.

Do I need experience to serve?
Not always! Some teams require specific skills or training, but many simply require a willing heart and a desire to serve. We’ll provide training when needed.
How often do I have to serve?
It depends on the team! Some teams serve on a regular schedule, while others serve as needed or for special events. We want serving to be life-giving and sustainable, not overwhelming.
