For Our City
At Renew Church, we are For Jesus, For People, and For Our City. We live out the For Our City aspect of our vision in a variety of ways, seeking to be a blessing to our local community and beyond.
Twice a year, in April and October, we set aside a week dedicated to serving our community through For Our City Week. During these weeks, our church family comes together to volunteer at a variety of local organizations, serve our neighbors, meet practical needs, and be the hands and feet of Jesus throughout our community.
Our commitment to being For Our City extends beyond these special weeks. As a church, we tithe and give generously to support organizations and ministries both locally and globally. Our For Our City Team builds relationships with local and global organizations, looking for meaningful ways for Renew Church to partner with and serve others throughout the year.
We also have a Benevolence Fund that allows us to come alongside individuals and families in our church and community who are experiencing financial hardship or facing unexpected needs.
Whether we're serving alongside a local organization, giving to a ministry across the world, meeting a practical need, or simply showing up for someone in our community, we want Renew Church to be a church that is truly For Our City.

How can I participate in For Our City Week?
For Our City Weeks happen twice a year, in April and October, and there are a variety of projects and opportunities to choose from!
